1. Services and Commitments
1.1 Personalized Mentorship Sessions We commit to providing tailored mentorship sessions aimed at understanding your goals and guiding you on your IT journey. Sessions are scheduled based on availability, and rescheduling is permitted up to two times if necessary. Missed sessions without prior notice may be forfeited.
1.2 Guidance and Development Our mentorship includes:

1.3 Resources and Updates: We provide access to industry relevant resources, including newsletters and updates about emerging trends in IT. Additionally, you may receive invitations to virtual or in person events hosted by industry professionals to support your growth.

2. Communication
2.1 Availability and Support: We prioritize clear and timely communication with all mentees. Questions or concerns can be addressed via email or during scheduled sessions.
2.2 Scheduling Flexibility We reserve the right to adjust scheduled sessions if required to ensure the best possible guidance and support.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Payment Requirements Mentorship services require payment in advance unless otherwise agreed. Payment details will be communicated upon registration for our services.
3.2 Refund Policy Refunds are not provided for missed or unused sessions unless due to exceptional circumstances at our discretion. If you are on a monthly plan you can cancel any time giving 30 days notice.

4. Data Protection
4.1 Data Security We are committed to protecting your personal information. All data is stored securely and accessed only as necessary to provide our services.

5. Confidentiality
5.1 Privacy of Information All discussions, plans, and personal information shared during mentorship sessions are strictly confidential and used solely to provide our services.
5.2 Non-Disclosure Agreement You agree not to disclose proprietary materials, training methods, or any other content provided during mentorship sessions to third parties without our explicit written consent.
6. Liability Limitation While we strive to provide high-quality guidance, we are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

7. Amendments
7.1 Policy Updates We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions as necessary. Changes will be communicated via email or on our website, with the updated date clearly indicated.
7.2 Acceptance of Changes Continued use of our services after changes to these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Force Majeure
8.1 Definition Neither party shall be held liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or technical failures.
8.2 Notification The affected party must notify the other in writing and make reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact of the event.

9.1 Ownership All materials, resources, and training methods provided during mentorship remain the intellectual property of RAAS IT unless tailored documents are provided.
9.2 Licensing Materials provided are for personal use only. Redistribution or unauthorized use of these materials is strictly prohibited.

10. Termination
10.1 Termination by Mentor: We reserve the right to terminate mentorship services in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
10.2 Termination by Mentee Mentees may terminate the agreement with written notice. Refunds will not be provided for unused sessions unless exceptional circumstances apply.

11. Dispute Resolution
11.1 Good Faith Both parties agree to resolve disputes through good faith negotiations.
11.2 Mediation If unresolved, disputes may be referred to mediation before pursuing legal action.
